A description of the area where the painting will be placed.
The colors you'd like to see most present in the painting.
A description of the subject matter, i.e. who, what, where.
Location information including venue, city, state.
Dates and times of event.
A 50% deposit is required on all commissions along with a signed contract to reserve a date on my calendar.
If travel is required: Travel expenses including mileage, food, and overnight accommodations (if necessary) will be added to the pricing below. I do not add travel expenses if the event is located within 20 miles from my studio.
